Captain Bubble, Sir Stripe-A-Lot, and Ms. Quilty by Ghislaine Viñas for HBF Textiles.

"For me, the ocean is nirvana,” says . Now, the designer’s first fabric line for comes ashore. Called Curious Crowd, the six patterns in vivid colors have playful names like Captain Bubble, a woven jacquard in cotton and rayon. An entire school of jellyfish informed Madam Dottie, a fine-denier, solution-dyed nylon with matte polyester. Entangled tentacles mark Sir Stripe-A-Lot, a take on the cabana stripe in Sunbrella acrylic and solution-dyed polyester. Mollusks wade into the mix in Sister Solid, a bumpy blend of polyester and solution-dyed acrylic, and Ms. Quilty, its oval layers in Sunbrella acrylic.
